Abstracts should include the title of the proposed paper, sufficient detail ( 200-400 words ) to allow the Scientific Committee to judge the content of the proposed paper, the name, affiliation, mailing address, phone number and email address of the author(s).

Abstracts should be sent to Executive Committee by December 19, 2008. Notification of acceptance will be mailed by December 26, 2008. The Full papers will due before February 13, 2009. The papers will be presented either orally or in posters. Oral presentations will also be broadcasted live via internet.

Appropriate papers which will be presented in the Congress will
be directed to an International Journals publication procedure.
