The application form is attached and also available on the website ( www.imcet.org.tr ) of the congress. Registration form should be filled in and returned to the correspondence address. The registration fee shown below covers attendance to all sessions, welcome cocktail, banquet, lunches, coffee, tea, and refreshments during brakes and congress materials (congress bag and proceedings, etc.)
